Basic Rules

On our service are allowed to upload content for sending links to them to others, or for the placing links on other sites. Uploading files on our service you should be sure not to break while someone else's rights.

On our server is forbidden to upload materials that violate the laws of your country or the country recipients of these materials or the laws of the Russian Federation, as the main of our servers are placed on the territory of Russia. It is unacceptable to upload malware and viruses. In case of violations, files are deleted. When you upload a file also stored user data (IP-address, browser settings, etc.). These data can be used to investigate violations.

When uploading the file is forbidden to use any automation tools that emulate the user experience with the site. Files that will be revealed that the automatic upload will be deleted. This prior notice is not done, the loss of the files are not compensated and are not discussed.

The file is stored in accordance with a predetermined time, but there are additional restrictions - see files storage time.

In these cases, the direct links are not available:

• For executable files and installation packages (files with extensions exe, com, bat, cmd, msi, apk). Executable files can only be downloaded via the download page, which displays additional information about the possible warning unsafe file.
• For archives containing executable files. Archives with executable files can only be downloaded via the download page, which displays additional information about the warning that the file may contain unsafe files.

TOS Enforcement

At detection of the files violating these terms they are removed immediately.

We respond to all requests about the removal copyright protected files.

Complaints to files leave in the appropriate section of our forum.

Availability of service

We can not guarantee one hundred percent uptime of our service, but we will try to do everything possible to minimize downtime.
